During the COVID-19 pandemic, I devised a streamlined approach to bring together artists and communities impacted by isolation. This led to the establishment of the Metaverse NFT Gallery, which provides a dynamic platform for artists to showcase their works in a cutting-edge medium. The gallery enables the dissemination of web links, affording the public an opportunity to gain insights into the artistic vision of the participating artists. Visit the link above to walk through this immersive art gallery!
the problem
A digital "Metaverse" that bridges the gap between artists and communities during a time of widespread isolation and disrupted social interactions, while also exploring the potential of new technology to revolutionize the art world.
Goal
The objective was to develop an immersive environment for artists to exhibit their NFT drops in a dynamic setting, while allowing for seamless updating and dissemination of their work through web links. The goal is to enable universal accessibility and ease of use, with a targeted timeframe of one week from start to finish.
Solution
We have created a digitally immersive world, powered by Twinmotion, the sister platform of Unreal Engine. This has allowed us to efficiently model a continuously growing environment for a multitude of artists to present their works in a novel medium.
